Enabling dignity, access, and meaningful participation for individuals with disabilities
Adira: Centre for Disability Management, Inclusion & Empowerment is a multidisciplinary initiative dedicated to advancing inclusive education and supporting individuals with disabilities across diverse contexts.
Our work is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves access to meaningful opportunities, dignity, and the ability to participate fully in society. We bring together a team of experienced educators, psychologists, researchers, and practitioners who collectively offer both depth of knowledge and practical insight shaped by years of work in the field.
At Adira, we recognise that no two individuals or environments are the same. Our approach is therefore thoughtful and tailored—whether we are working with a child and their family, supporting educators in classrooms, or collaborating with institutions to build more inclusive systems.
We combine training, assessment, intervention, and consultation to create solutions that are not only evidence-based, but also grounded in real-world application. Beyond individual programmes, we are equally committed to building awareness, strengthening capacity, and contributing to a broader shift towards inclusion in education and society.
